Carla Coots-Rodriguez
Carla Coots-Rodriguez was born in upstate New York and raised on a farm. She has a Master's degree in education from San Jose State University, San Jose, CA. Since 1996, she has worked with students with Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
She has always has some sort of camera and taken pictures since she was young and currently uses Canon digital SLRs.
She resides with her husband in LeRoy, New York. LeRoy is located just south of the city of Rochester.
